Industrial Cleaning

Industrial cleaning is interesting because every job brings a new challenge and a new opportunity for learning. Our guys love a challenge!

On our latest industrial cleaning job we cleaned out debris and sludge from the exhaust ducting. There was two inches of flammable dusting that built up in overhead rafters.

In industrial manufacturing many things are floating in the air such as particulates of plastic and metal, and oils from putting fluids. These items collect in the air ducts and exhaust systems. Each job is planned out individually depending on what is being manufactured and the difficulties of reaching and accessing what needs to be cleaned.

If the particulates are dry, they can present a flammability concern. The dry particular build up often occurs in the overhead rafters many feet above the workers. HEPA vacuums are used to trap all of the particular and not allow a released back into the factory.

We also clean a lot of unusually shaped equipment that collects the grease and plastics during manufacturing.

We can also track the waste water and chemicals we use during the cleaning process so they can be transported to a landfill that accepts this type of waste.

It can be difficult to find a company that is willing to do such difficult and dirty work. We have more than 20 years experience and are willing to take on your project.
